The "Confetti and Coffee" in our name simply represents the relationships in your life. The "Confetti" being your friends, family, and fun, and the "Coffee" being your work. We offer services that teach others how to incorporate team thinking into everyday work and life through interactive wellness workshops, speaking, trainings, and coaching. 

We purpose to always provide a safe and supportive environment so you are encouraged to accomplish goals you thought were beyond reach.

       Toya Jervay is an Author, Artist, and Certified Holistic Life-Teambuilding Coach.

Confetti and Coffee was founded by Certified Life and Team Building Coach, Toya Jervay -A Radiant spirit who has dedicated most of her life to motivating and inspiring others to rediscover the amazing, creative, and wonder-filled person inside themselves. With early beginnings as a youth activist and missionary, miming on the streets of Leon, Mexico, to the present, she has worked with or facilitated team building, conflict resolution and art workshops as well as parent- the- parent trainings, and charity art programs with divisions of non profits and corporations in the US, ITALY, and JAPAN such as, but not limited to: Maricopa County Community Colleges, MOPS International, Jewel McFarland-Lewis Fresh Start,  Cal State University, Biola University, Concordia University, Emory University, The Atlanta Olympics, The Int. Equestrian Federation-Children's Int. Jumping Finals, YMCA, YWCA, and The JR League. 

Along with her Degree in Psychology, she has trained and worked with many leading Team-Building Companies,  as well as served on the board of directors and steering committees for national non-profit organizations.

Before moving to Arizona, her life was spent living, working, talking and listening to people of all walks in Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA, Italy, and Japan. Along with being a certified coach, she is an author, and an award-winning photographer whose work has been published in magazines and books, and displayed in galleries, and corporate and private collections throughout the USA.
